30-Day Health Guarantee
At Grey Parrot Companions, the health and well-being of our birds is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our parrots with a 30-day health guarantee from the date of purchase or adoption.
What Is Covered

| Health issues | If your bird is diagnosed by a certified avian vet with a pre-existing condition within 30 days |
| Vet costs | We will reimburse reasonable veterinary expenses up to the purchase price |
| Replacement | If the bird does not recover, we will offer a replacement of equal value (subject to availability) |
What Is Not Covered
| Exclusion | Reason |

| Injuries caused by the owner | Accidents, improper handling, or environmental hazards |
| Feather plucking | Usually behavioral, not medical |
| Diet-related issues | Improper feeding after purchase |
| Normal behavior | Adjustment period stress, normal vocalizations |
| Second-hand birds | Birds not purchased directly from us |
Refund & Return Policy
Purchases

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Refunds are only considered if a bird is diagnosed with a serious pre-existing health condition within the first 7 days

Any refund is subject to a 10% administrative fee
Adoptions

Adoption fees are non-refundable

The $500 reservation fee is non-refundable

If the adoption doesn’t work out, the bird must be returned to us—not re-homed or surrendered elsewhere
